To execute full spectrum of project management of assigned projects in accordance with approved Company policies, operating guidelines and procedures and ensure that all projects meet planned budgets, time schedules and approved quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized University / Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in the area of Project Engineering and Management / Extensive experience managing project design, cost/budget, scope, schedule, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing formal planning, tracking, and reporting project performance / Must have additional experience in Scheduling, Cost Control, and Planning of major construction projects / Ability to develop and customize PM Manuals / Proven experience in Contracts / Excellent command of the English language / Arabic language is an advantage.
