Design Solutions
Meeting clients and taking requirements and transforming that to design concept from scratch.
Lead / supervise production of detailed drawings.
Knowledge of updated authority regulations and relevant standards and codes. GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
Using CAD / BIM in design.
Up to date knowledge of materials and their applications.
Collaborate with other team members to determine design needs and requirements for the project.
Supervision of design team, necessary review, corrections and guidelines.
Liaison with local authorities and attend to necessary technical meetings with authorities.
Arrange meetings to review proposals and plans, making modifications or revisions as required.
Prepare and maintain project documents like correspondence, minutes of meeting, notes etc.
Works closely with relevant external parties and clients to ensure timely delivery according to plan.
Traveling to the various sites to complete physical inspections and site surveys.
Assist HR Manager in technical interviews during recruitment of staff in Architectural department.
Keep on learning new skills, updated information and take necessary trainings as per modern practices in the relevant field and share with team and other disciplines organization wide.  
Requirements
MUST HAVE:
+ Atleast 10yrs of experience, completed minimum 05 projects of considerable repute at least 3 in UAE.
+ Should have hands on skills in AutoCAD.
Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on skills in Revit Architecture.
+ should be well versed with MS Office and Outlook.
+ Education: Graduate (B. Architecture / M. Architecture)
+ UAE Driving License and own car (preferable).
