IT CLIENT SUPPORT ENGINEER OFFSHORE - Set up PC systems for new users and configure programs related to job responsibilities - Perform analysis on PC samples for technical evaluation; PC replacement for obsolete PCs - Overlook activities carried out on systems and maintain a backup to retrieve data during discrepancies - Troubleshoot basic network-related problems on client systems - Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of additional hardware equipment - Prepare reports for hardware material and spare part requirements - Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering and minimum 5 years experience in a reputed IT Organization.
