Provide technical support position within the Sales Department. Should manage the Hot Line support system. The individual should provide both technical/ engineering and sales/customer service tasks.The candidate must be a technical expert on professional Audio Visual products, Audio Visual System Design and related applications.Generating and maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with the dealers and end users. Capable of representing the company on trade shows/exhibitions.
