PROCUREMENT AND CONTRACTS OFFICER ABU DHABI - Coordinating the purchase of the assigned commodities and services in addition to building up good relationships with the vendors. Responsible for the overall implementation of suitable cost control mechanism for relevant services. Analyzing the markets to determine vendors sources and product availability. Negotiating contracts with vendors. 4 years work experience in a purchasing function and administrating bids (including 2 year experience in the local market). Associate degree or equivalent related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
