* He will be responsible for villa projects supervision work
* He will have to coordinate with sub contractors
* He will have to coordinate with the consultant and municipality dept.
* He will prepare BOQ
* He will prepare material requisitions
* He will prepare sub contractor bills
* He will supervise the labours at Site
Requirements
Must be a Bachelor Degree holder * Must have at least 5 years experience of villa construction in Abu Dhabi  * Must have UAE Driving Licence * Any nationality can apply (Arabic/ Indian/ Pakistani).
