Experienced Quantity Surveyor wanted by a Dubai based consultancy to supervise a Road Beautification/Landscaping project in Dubai. The role of site supervision of the project and co-ordination with project team and client, from site inception to completion of project, which involve cycle tracks, road works, footpaths, walkways, Landscape and Irrigation works, Landscape lighting etc.
Requirements
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in administering and delivering Road and Infrastructure projects, in the Middle-East (preferably the UAE).Good academic credentials with minimum of a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying.  Knowledge of Conditions of Contract in UAE, CESMM3 is must. Ability to join Immediately. Should be available in Dubai for interview.
