Product construction background, preferably in related production technologies (e.g., molding, assembly, pressing, welding) Strong process/project management capabilities Strong leadership competencies, experience in managing cross-functional teams (in project setup, i.e., no direct control) Comfortable in working with different functions, e.g., Engineering, Operations, Sales Comfortable with technical issues/requirements and working with Inter company, sales, etc. Track record of resource/budget management capabilities. With at least 2-3 years experience in the same field.
