Experience:- 5 years of experience in running water production process and well water operations and maintenance.

Managing subordinates Organize and supervise the activities and work of the operators to ensure that all private business running effectively implemented wells and procedurally compliant.
Solving problems:
Identify and diagnose potential problems while performing the duties and resolved within the framework of the personal ability and escalate problems to the maintenance engineer.
Maintenance Coordination with the maintenance teams to perform maintenance operations during specific periods wells according to plans that conform to industry standards and policies for the Federal electricity and water authority to ensure reliability and effective maintenance of wells
OS Responsible for operating the wells within its mandate by operating plan according to operational safety procedures.
Coordination with the Chief Engineer of the water networks in the region on a daily basis to ensure delivery quantities according to the operational plan.
