Prepare quotations, follow up on submitted quotations, liaise with suppliers, place orders on suppliers, arrange deliveries, maintain stock register and periodically verify them with physical stocks, collect documents from bank, shipping line, insurance companies etc., deposit cash and cheque, maintain petty cash, filing of records, payment follow up, general office upkeep, liaise with local and overseas suppliers, customers and logistics providers, suggest cost control measures.
Requirements
Female on husband's dependent visa preferred. Graduate with a degree from a good university. Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in sales co-ordination and administration. Sound working knowledge of commercial documentation, L/C negotiation, Switch B/L, Bank negotiation etc. Proficient in written and spoken English.  Must be able to freely communicate in Hindi and other Indian languages. Should have good working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel and Power Point.  Should have worked on Tally ERP 9. Willing to join immediately / at short notice.
