Exp- 2-3 years into IT desktop support.
Preparation, installation and configuration of Desktop devices. Installation or re-installation and support of software's and DM applications on Desktop devices including operating system, patch updates, standard packages, device drivers etc. Troubleshooting and support for desktop devices and applications. Act as First level support Periodic preventive maintenance as per the agreed schedule.
