6 - 8  years’ experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management in the UAE with a strong background in managing a HR department covering, recruitment, remuneration and compensation and benefits, performance management, HR administration and joining, leaving and visa, immigration formalities and employee accommodation and excellent working knowledge of UAE labor laws. Role responsibilities include:  - Develop and manage the Human Resources policies and procedures in addition to providing guidance and support to all levels of employees.
- Manage and review employee medical insurance coverage on an annual basis and negotiate the medical benefits based on company requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise new joiner on-boarding process to ensure completion of proper documentation and work permit coordination with PRO in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the Annual and Bi-annual Performance Review Process ensuring that management are conducting effective, fair and consistent reviews with staff.
- Oversee the monthly payroll computation and coordinate monthly salary payments with the Finance Department.
- Continuous process and system improvement to ensure a high level of efficiency and quality of Human Resources process and procedures.
- Keep up to date with local labour laws/employee rights and employer’s obligations and advise management on the appropriate application of local laws.
- Oversee the recruitment of suitable candidates for internal positions in accordance with the Recruitment and Selection policy.
- Manage employee complaints and conduct fair disciplinary investigations when required.
- Initiate and coordinate internal events to increase employee engagement and promote a positive work environment. - Manage a team of 2 HR and Legal Professionals; mentor and develop team members to enable them to achieve optimum productivity.
