1. Composes correspondence, reports and memos.
2. Arranges meetings and conferences and keeps minutes or records.
3. Prepares and maintains expenditure records or spreadsheets for budget, grant or contract.
4. May assist in hiring, training, scheduling and distributing work of other staff, students, casuals or temporary workers.
5. Performs office functions regarding finances.
6. Makes and schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
7. Sets up and maintains file systems.
8. Answers phones, takes messages and routes calls.
9. Prepares forms and operates office equipment.
10. May take and transcribe dictation.
11. Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required.
12. General assistance required to CEO.
