A Swiss international commodity trade company specialized in oil and gas is seeking an assistant to the management to be employed in Dubai.   TASKS and DUTIES • handle/direct telephone calls. • greet visitors • handle general and specific inquiries from visitors and personnel • record/maintain statistics for Administrative Receptionist duties and specific mailings You would be responsible to follow up and organise the CEO's directions in relation to his personal assets and business interests.
Requirements
Requirements: • Fluent in English, verbal and written • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent (University graduate) • Advance level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) • Previous experience is a plus • Start immediately
