Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15 years experience in the construction industry in the GCC region at the site and tendering department.

Competencies:
• Demonstrate independent judgment, excellent organizational skills, ability to perform on multiple tasks with tight time frames.
• Simultaneousness, accuracy and good communication skills are important.
• Good knowledge of FIDIC.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Preparation of the programme for the project.
