Attend to visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and introducing them appropriately if required
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Receive, sort and hand over daily mail/deliveries/couriers Place, receive and release office supplies, office kitchen items, etc. Ensure orderliness and tidiness of the reception area and conference room. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook) Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
Requirements
With professional and pleasing personality Minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles Proficient with Microsoft Office.


Good English communication skills both written and verbal. Preferably speaks Farsi


Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise


Can organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
