- Hindi / English speaking should be fluent in this languages
- Confident personality
- Should have a Tourism experience
- In charge of all the Itineraries and vouchers
- Ensuring the timely services given to the in house guests following up with the drivers
- Ensuring to meet and Greet the guest in-house
- Resolving ground issues if any for the in-house guest
