You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing FMCG sales teams, and be familiar with all aspects of product launches, sales and promotion planning, sampling and merchandising activities, as well as monitoring of and reacting to competitors activities. You must be a good communicator in English, both verbal and written, and confident in your dealings with your team as well as the senior management and business partners.
