We are looking for a Dynamic, energetic, Successful and presentable sales executive AND team leaders TEAM LEADER JOB DESCRIPTION  -Motivate and inspire team members -Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior - Facilitate problem solving and collaboration  -Strive for team consensus and win-win agreements  -Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure  -Maintain healthy group dynamics  -Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues  -Assure that the team members have the necessary education and  training to effectively participate on the team  -Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement - Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance SALES EXECUTIVE  -Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.  -Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.  -Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.  -Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.  -Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.  -Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.     

Requirements
Any Degree, with good communication skill. Self starter. Preferably Indians, srilankans, Philippines, Arabs (transferable visa, husband visa, fathers visa)
