1) Job Description / Scope Of work:  Factory Maintenance Mechanic (Min 3 Years  Exp. In similar role)  Maintenance of meat processing equipments Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines (Formax Forming machine, vacuum tumblers, Bowl Choppers, Filling machines, Smoker/Oven, Slicer Units etc..) ; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation. Removes defective parts by dismantling devices. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges. Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance. Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment. Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt. Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Conduct routine checking of Utility Equipments   Ready to work in Shifts 2) efrigeration Technician- Jabel Ali Factory  (Min 3 Years Exp. in similar role)  Installation, service, and repair refrigeration systems and equipment such as condensing units, compressors, and evaporators following the electrical circuit diagrams. Maintenance of Cold Stores, Blast Freezer, Spiral freezer, Chiller Units and Blast Chillers (Refrigerants R717, R404A, R134 and R22). Routine Maintaining and Monitoring of Refrigeration Equipments. Overhaul maintenance of Refrigeration compressors (Bitzer, copeland, Prescold, sabroe and Grasso). Corrective and Preventive maintenance of the overall refrigeration equipments I n the factory. Ready to work in Shifts.
