Be part of an in house Contracts team managing existing and future Contracts.
KEY DUTIES
To address the contractual aspects in order to protect all contractual rights on the project.
Audit all outgoing / and incoming project correspondence.
E-Document
Identify the commercial risks and opportunities associated with the project.
Monitor the performance on the Contract via the terms and the policies and procedures.
