ASSISTANT PROFESSOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND SURVEYING Ref 334/16 Grade 8 AED 259,949 - 310,190/- The School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society is one of the UKs leading institutions for multidisciplinary research and teaching in areas critical to economic development and societal equity. In line with our ambition to strengthen further our delivery of high quality teaching and research, we are seeking to appoint three enthusiastic, dynamic and highly-qualified individuals to join our teaching and research teams on our Dubai campus. Together with a PhD (or near completion), you will possess a good first/postgraduate degree in a field relevant to structural or geotechnical engineering, and construction management and surveying. You must demonstrate an enthusiasm for learning and teaching and be able to contribute to the delivery of a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. For appointment on a research route, you must also demonstrate a commitment to undertake research for which you will receive School support. Given the Schools increasing international agenda, applications for the post from those with an international perspective would be particularly welcome, as would applications from those with experience gained with in industry.
