Qualifications and Experience:
- Western educated engineering graduate is preferred.
- Sound working knowledge of project scheduling, claims and cost management for building construction.
- Well-conversant and experienced in contracts, FIDIC, local authority norms, construction methodology, etc.
- Sound hands-on experience in construction claims administration.
