Having 2 to 3 years experience on the same field. Must be able to supervise the operation of 400 Factory Workers. To be deployed in 3 different shift timings (AM, PM and Night Shift).  Management of quality control, inspection and ensuring that materials are dispatched at the right time. Ensure Hygiene and Cleanliness of workers.
