Qualification: Qualified QS
Should have 5 to 6 yrs. experience in a Landscaping contracting company (at least 3years in UAE). With Experience in Pre/post tender quantity survey, progress measurement, billing and claims.
Take of the Quantities as per the Drawings, performing risk, value management and cost control; advising on procurement strategy; identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks; preparing and analysing costing allocating work to subcontractors individuals should be fully conversant in all commercial functions from take-off, subcontract package management, preparation of monthly internal and external certificates / costs reports, writing contractual correspondence.
