A dubai based tanker vessel operating company urgently requires an operations manager (tanker vessel operations) for their duabi office.
Candidates should be graduates with 5 - 7 years experience in tanker vessel operation capable of handling operations from a port agents perspective. He should be able to take care of overall operations including but not limited to: communicating with charterers, owners, receivers, suppliers, registering vessel, arrival / departure of vessel, pda / fda, nor, sof, ensuring smooth operations in port, coordinating / updating all concerned with loading / discharging progress, sending final reports / documents, bill of lading / delivery order, port clearances, dealing with port authorities, well versed with local regulations of port / terminals / customs / immigration, port health, capable of handling all husbanding requirements (crew changes, ctm, etc), having contact of suppliers / chandlers, etc.
