Ensures that goods are produced efficiently, on time and to quality standards set by the organization.
Applicant must possess a degree in Engineering with 5 years experience as Production Supervisor / Manager in a Steel Cut and Bend company. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be a quick learner who is highly organized, attentive to detail, highly flexible and hardworking. Good critical thinking and problem solving skills. Good decision-making, delegation and conflict management skills. Computer Literate.
