-As an Architect or Interior Designer he/she should ensure to provide the clients with competitive design ideas, conceptual sketches and complete design package.
-Must be a good team player, flexible and could communicate well with clients.
-He/she should be knowledgeable in whole operation of the Project from Preliminary Phase to Construction Phase.
