Desktop Support Engineer urgently needed for an IT Company.  Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have 3++ years of Customer Service Experience
- Must have a strong experience working in a cross platform (Mac and Windows)
- Must have good communication and self-organization skills
- Must be MCSE / Apple Mac certified
- Must have a good knowledge on making follow-up and update support tickets
- Must have UAE Driving License.
