Handle reception and all secretarial works such as maintain attendance register, letter and quotation drafting, Preparation of Agreements, booking of Airline tickets, proper filing, coordination with clients, suppliers and staff etc.
Min 2 years relevant  UAE experience, Excellent in spoken, written English, good typing speed, good knowledge and experience in MS Office etc. WHOEVER RESIDING IN SHARJAH / AJMAN ONLY NEED TO APPLY.
