The role involves managing warehouse, receiving and arranging material, stock control procedures and perpetual stock verification, transportation, ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials. Forecasting stock levels, managing prompt and accurate delivery of material,  allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs.
Responsible to: Inspect all incoming and outgoing material with P.O., D.O. and invoice.
Keep record systematically and maintain inventories for all materials.
Maintain the stock level and inventory management on regular intervals of time to minimize the scarcity of materials.
Answer queries regarding materials and resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries.
Maintain the pending P.O. and D.O. and follow up on the same.
