Qualification: Degree  
Background: Responsible for the coordination of the design department including, Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, Drafts Men, 3D Design, design direction, reporting directly to the Head of Projects. This role is hands on, requiring both free hand and computer aided design skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent man management be able to perform in a high pressure environment, excellent quality control skills and the ability to develop and deliver a large number of projects ranging from a single villa to major master planning. Candidate should be in UAE.
