A logistics MNC in free zone is in need of Customer Service Supervisor to provide leadership and guidance to the customer service, claims and transportation teams. The ideal candidate should be a (minimum) bachelor’s degree holder, with experience and/ or broad working knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain management as well as Inbound and Outbound warehouse processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills displayed through client management and team supervision, is a must. Ability to analyse data through MS Office tools is essential. Experience within a complex supply chain and customer service focused organization is preferable alongside knowledge of working in an automotive environment.
