Drive Products is a Canadian Leader in the design and installation of systems solutions of truck mounted equipment. Due to growing business in our Quebec operations, we have an immediate need for the following.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

You will give our customers outstanding customer service by providing professional technical support and answers to their general inquiries regarding our superior product lines. Other responsibilities include preparing quotations, entering orders/returns, and working in conjunction with Product / Territory Managers to design and sell systems.

Qualifications:

•    Customer service experience and/or completion of relevant product / CSR training course.
•    Must be computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics)
•    Comprehensive knowledge of Hydraulics systems and other truck mounted equipment in both mobile and industrial applications.
•    Ability to communicate well with both external customers and internal staff.
