Candidate should possess an Civil Engineering Degree with 5 years experienced as QS cum planning engineer for Villas and Tower type construction Field. - Preparing tender and contract documents, including BOQ with the client. - Undertaking cost analysis for Modification, repair and maintenance project works. - Advising on procurement strategy. - Performing cost control, quantity from drawings and site survey. - Must have skills in Primavera and cash flow in construction project. Driving license is a must.
