Negotiate with site owner for his approval and get his details. Make site survey and prepare SAR. Check for power availability and nearest power source. Obtain all legal requirements, approvals and local authority. Satisfy all requirements of municipality or any other statutory body (i.e. TRA, UPC, etc.) to acquire the site and prepared for building. Minimum 2 years experience in UAE for the same profile.
