Chartered Institute of Purchase and Supply (CIPS) or similar Supply Chain Management qualification
- 10 to 15 years procurement experience in purchasing, expediting, QA/QC, materials management and contract execution issues including marine equipment (tugs, barges, float, etc.)
- Experience in developing good supply chain practices
- Knowledge of construction design management regulations
- Knowledge of Institute of Civil Engineering (ICE) and FIDIC forms of contract
- Knowledge of equipment and  plant management.
