CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - Graduate, with 4-6 years experience in real estate industry with a reputed developer and knowledge of establishing relationships with new clients and retaining the old ones. Creating a pool of committed, profitable customers for long-term, and building sound relationships with them. Able to resolve customer’s complaints, determining the cause of the problems and delivering best solutions. Sound knowledge of RERA and DLD regulations is a MUST. Contracts, collection and team management skills are essential requirements. Should have a valid UAE driving license.
