We’re hiring an FM Engineer to join our team at Azizi Developments. In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of our facilities, including maintenance, safety, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning optimally and in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure all work is completed on time.
Manage emergency repairs and provide support during facility-related incidents.
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for repairs, upgrades, and projects.
Conduct inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and improvements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment performance.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Facilities Management Engineer or in a similar engineering role.
Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with health and safety standards in facilities management.
Ability to use maintenance management software and other relevant tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant technical qualifications in engineering or facilities management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Min. 2 -5 years experience working.
