Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and oversee the construction of G+4 to G+12 buildings
Analyze and interpret engineering drawings and plans
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with safety standards, local building codes, and regulations
Perform site visits and inspections to monitor quality and progress
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on G+4 to G+12 buildings
Strong knowledge of local construction codes and regulations
Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in project management for multi-story projects
Hands-on experience with site surveying and construction project supervision
