Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and local regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections in the warehouse. • Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement safety measures to minimize workplace accidents.
Develop and deliver safety training programs for staff.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, injuries, and safety drills.
Collaborate with management to improve safety protocols and processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a warehouse environment.
Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Certifications:
NEBOSH International General Certificate (mandatory)
OSHA Certification or equivalent (preferred)
First Aid/CPR certification (a plus)
Familiarity with ISO 45001 standards.
