Executive Assistant to CEO

Our client in the UAE is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO to provide high-level administrative support and streamline daily operations. This role requires a highly organized professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
CEO Agenda & Meetings:
Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Greet visitors, book meeting rooms, and take accurate meeting minutes.
Email & Communication:
Oversee the CEO’s emails and coordinate with internal departments.
Manage the CEO’s calendar and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks.

Events & Travel:
Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Prepare event-related reports and ensure follow-ups are completed.

Administrative Support:
Prepare professional reports, presentations, and documents.
Handle filing, data entry, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar role (Mandatory).
Proven ability to manage senior-level schedules and communications effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in preparing professional documents and managing administrative tasks.
Native Arabic Speaker is a must for this position.

Salary: AED 15,000 - 20,000
Language Required: Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
