Responsibilities:
Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Assist with office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide CRM support, assisting with managing client databases and maintaining accurate records.
Provide property listing support, ensuring property details are up-to-date and listed on all platforms.
Manage employee records, attendance, and other HR-related duties.
Coordinate office activities and events.
