HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
 • End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and onboard candidates for various roles, including ground staff, office positions, and sea-based crew.
 • Employee Relations: Assist with daily HR administrative tasks, respond to employee inquiries, and manage employee relations professionally and promptly.
 • Medical Insurance Applications: Handle the application and renewal of medical insurance for employees, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
 • HRIS System Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System to ensure the smooth running of HR operations.
 • Leave Management: Monitor employee leave balances, manage leave requests, and update the HRIS accordingly.
 • Certificates and Documentation: Prepare HR documents, including employment certificates and other official paperwork.
 • Performance Monitoring: Assist the HR Officer in coordinating performance reviews, especially for offshore crew members.

Qualifications:
 • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (attested degree certificate required)
 • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience
 • Proficiency in HR software and systems
 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 • Immediate availability is a must.
