Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Training & Development
Design and deliver region-specific training programs, including leadership development.
Create and maintain training modules for real estate brokers in alignment with RERA regulations.
3. Learning & Development
Drive continuous learning and career progression initiatives.
Identify skill gaps and enhance employee competencies through targeted training.
4. Reward & Recognition
Establish fair and transparent reward programs that reflect organizational values.
5. HR Operations
Manage daily HR operations and ensure compliance with local laws and organizational policies.
6. Employee Engagement & Culture
Lead engagement activities and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
Address employee concerns with professionalism and care.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
2. 15+ years of experience
3. Dubai’s real estate brokerage industry will be advantage.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
4. Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management.
