Customer Care Executive FM

As an customer care executive you will be the first point of contact for our clients and internal teams regarding facilities management inquiries and issues. and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth operations.
 
 Qualifications:
 - Bachelor's or associate degree in project management, engineering or similar field
 - Proven experience in a help desk or customer service role, preferably within the facilities management industry
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
