Are you passionate about career development and empowering people? We’re looking for a dynamic Staffing Manager to join a leading team for a client of ours based in Dubai and Beirut.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead resource management and staffing decisions with a focus on staff development
• Collaborate with Practice Leads and senior client staff
• Tactfully resolve complex staffing conflicts and support growth
• Oversee weekly staffing reports and ensure guidelines are upheld

What We’re Looking For:
• A strong, diplomatic leader who isn’t afraid to challenge and push back when necessary
• A background in HR or a people-focused role
• An analytical mindset with attention to detail
• 8+ years of experience—this is a manager-level role
• A polished, professional presence with high standards for excellence

Salary: Around 33,000 AED + benefits
