HR Onboarding Officer or HR Generalist

Join our team as an HR Onboarding Officer or HR Generalist and play a key role in shaping our onboarding process!

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Develop and implement onboarding programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Create and maintain onboarding materials, including welcome packets, training manuals, and orientation presentations.
Conduct new hire orientations, providing information on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive onboarding plans tailored to each new employee's role and needs.
Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
Track and report onboarding metrics, such as time to productivity and employee satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to onboarding.
Stay updated on best practices and industry trends in onboarding and employee orientation.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR or onboarding, preferably in the construction industry
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills
Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Location: Must be in the UAE
