Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to the CEO to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide top-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient operations and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
Support the CEO in preparing for meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably supporting a C-level executive.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Minimum exp - 2 to 3 years
Salary - 3000 to 3500
Preferred to join immediately
