UN!Que Project Solutions (UN!Q) seeks qualified and experienced commercial staff for immediate deployment on a new commission in Dubai. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and be adept at working in a client environment. A background in consultancy and/or with a Tier 1 Developer is essential for consideration. Experience with utilising web platforms and portals is advantageous.
Positions Available:
- Managing Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)
- Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)
- Quantity Surveyor (5 positions)
Requirements:
MRICS (for Managing QS and Senior QS positions)
Proven experience in a consultancy or Tier 1 Developer environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role
Experience with web platforms and portals is a plus
